900 kVA Generator – QEC 900

The QEC 900 has 900kVA of power, approximately 160–175L/h (100% load) fuel consumption, a Cummins engine and a Leroy Somer alternator.

Power Management System

With the optional Qc4003^TM controller, two or more QEC units can be put into parallel. It is a flexible power solution for loads that exceed the output capability of a single generator set. This type of power management system can also be used to provide continuous power when one of the gensets needs to be shut down for scheduled maintenance or repair.

Adjustable Control Panel Ideal Position

The control panel can be switched from a high to a low position for easy and safe operation when the unit is trailer mounted.

Quality Components

A III phase, auto excited and auto regulated, synchronous and brushless type Leroy Somer alternator is available as standard with an optional Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) for the auxiliary exciting supply. Its powerful and fast voltage build-up system provides short circuit capability and better electrical motor starting. A 12 cylinder Cummins engines powers with the flexibility and precision you require. The reliable workhorse of generator engines, get the job done even in the toughest conditions.

Heavy Duty Filtration

Heavy-duty dual stage fuel and air filtration are included as standard, for longer up-time and extended service intervals.

Easy Transport

The QEC comes in a standard ISO CSC container for easy transportation to the most remote worksites. Forklift slots and lifting eyes are also integrated.

Low Maintenance

The QEC Range offers enduring performance thanks to its long service intervals of 250 hours. Large access panels and several service tools ensure effortless maintenance and reduced downtime. Just two examples: a dedicated door for easy cleaning of the engine coolers and directly accessible power cable connections.

Slide In/Out Base Frame

The aggregate engine alternator can be easily and quickly removed from the container for maintenance and other operational tasks via a slide in/out concept.
